• Order tracking?

Returns & Refunds:
• Your claims policy?
Quality is our signature. If your blooms arrive with any issue, log your claim with evident images at our claim’s portal page  within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damaged flower protocol?
We strive for perfection. If mishaps occur, promptly send us images of the affected blooms, and we’ll set things right.
• Your floral assurance?
Every flower is guaranteed fresh. If there’s a glitch, you have a 48-hour window post-delivery to initiate a claim.
• Can the public buy?
Absolutely! We primarily cater to florists, but public orders get funneled to our networked, verified florists. This ensures each flower passes quality checks. For an extra charge, flowers can be cared for and readied at your local florist.
