I took a chance on a new (to me) wholesale floral vendor, FMI Farms, and am so happy with the decision! My rep, answered all my questions, alerted me to supply shortages, helped me make substitutions, but didn’t pressure or upsell me. Not everything I ordered was available, which I anticipated might occur due to the well known shortage of particular floral items, and those items were removed from my charges. The substitutions worked well. The roses? Outstanding! The amnesia and toffee roses in particular were absolutely gorgeous. Even the more delicate flowers came in great condition. We received tons of compliments on the bouquets, installations, and centerpieces. Highly recommend FMI!
